The one-minute version (which never replaces the full text below): ZoeCam is for adults who treat each other kindly. It is free to start — you get 10 free matches every day, and coins pay for longer or premium sessions. We moderate actively and never record your video. If someone makes you uncomfortable, one tap ends the chat.
1. The Agreement You Are Making
These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and ZoeCam. They cover everything under the ZoeCam name: the website, our random 1-on-1 video matching, guest chats, accounts, and coin purchases.
By opening ZoeCam and using it, you confirm that you have read these terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you accept both. If any part of them does not work for you, the right move is simply to stop using the service. Keep using ZoeCam after we update these terms, and you accept the updated version.
2. Who Can Use ZoeCam
ZoeCam is a service for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old — or older, where the law in your country sets a higher minimum — and only if using a service like ours is legal where you live. By using ZoeCam you confirm that both are true, and that no earlier ban or removal from the platform applies to you.
Where we have reason to believe someone underage is using ZoeCam, we can restrict or remove the account or session involved straight away. This is the rule we enforce hardest.
3. Guest Chats and Accounts
You can try ZoeCam as a guest — no sign-up is needed to start your first matches. Some things, like a coin balance or saved preferences, need an account to attach to.
An account is personal to you. Do not lend it, sell it, or let anyone underage use it. Keep your login to yourself, tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has access, and remember that you are responsible for what happens through your account.
4. What ZoeCam Actually Is
ZoeCam is a free random video chat that runs in your browser: you tap once and we pair you with a real person for a 1-on-1 conversation. It is free to start — every user gets 10 free matches every day — and coins, sold inside the product, pay for longer or premium sessions.
Features evolve. We may add, change, or retire parts of the service, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability — live video depends on your device, your connection, and other people being online.
ZoeCam introduces you to strangers. We do not verify who they are, endorse them, or sit inside your conversation. The Next button, the report and block tools, and your own judgment are what you have — use them freely.
5. The House Rules
Our community rules are set out in full on the Safety page, and they are part of this agreement. The short list of what is off limits on ZoeCam:
- Harassing, threatening, or pressuring anyone
- Any involvement of minors, in any form, ever
- Recording or sharing another person's video without their consent
- Asking anyone for money, gift cards, crypto, or off-platform payments
- Requesting passwords, verification codes, or payment details
- Pretending to be another person or a member of ZoeCam staff
- Spam, advertising, or accessing the service with bots or scrapers
- Attacking, overloading, or reverse-engineering the platform
- Anything that breaks the law that applies to you
6. Kindness on Camera
You are responsible for what you show and say on camera. Share only what you are comfortable with a stranger seeing, and remember that the person on the other side is a real human being — kindness is the house rule, not a suggestion.
A simple test: if you would not do it in front of a friend, do not do it on ZoeCam. Chats that cross the line can be reported, and reported behaviour has consequences (see the next section).
7. Moderation, Reports, and Losing Access
Reports and automated systems feed a moderation team that reviews what gets flagged. Depending on what a review finds, the outcome can be a warning, limits on features, a suspension, or a permanent ban. Serious cases may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
You can stop using ZoeCam whenever you like. We can suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where the law requires it, or where keeping an account active would put other users at risk. Coins left on an account removed for a violation are generally not refunded.
8. Coins and Payments
Starting on ZoeCam costs nothing: it is free to start, with 10 free matches every day and no sign-up needed. Beyond that, longer or premium sessions can use coins, which are sold inside the product.
Coins are a licence to use features within ZoeCam — not money, not a deposit, not an investment. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or exchanged for cash, and they hold no value outside the platform. Current prices and exactly what a purchase includes are always shown before you pay; that display governs, because prices change over time.
Payments are handled by third-party providers, and we do not store full payment card numbers. Refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and the law that applies to you. If a payment went wrong, contact support first — chargebacks filed without giving us the chance to fix the problem can lead to account restrictions.
9. The Things We Own (and the Things You Own)
The ZoeCam name, logo, design, and the software behind the service belong to ZoeCam and its licensors. These terms give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the service — nothing more. You may not copy the product, resell access to it, or build something derivative from it.
What you create stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to transmit and display your video and content so the service can function — that is all it is for.
10. Honest Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
ZoeCam is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it smooth and safe, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular kind of person will be online when you tap start.
We are not responsible for what other users say or do. Meeting strangers online carries a level of risk no platform removes entirely — the habits that reduce it are collected on our Safety page, and reading it is worth your time. To the maximum extent the law allows, ZoeCam is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. When These Terms Change
These terms change as the product does. When a change matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and make reasonable efforts to make it visible. Continuing to use ZoeCam after an update means you accept the updated terms — so check back here once in a while.
12. Questions? Talk to a Human
Anything unclear in these terms goes to support[at]zoecam.com — retype the [at] as a normal @; it is written that way to keep harvesting bots off the address. For quick answers about how ZoeCam works day to day, the FAQ page is the fastest stop.
