You do not need one. ZoeCam is a random video chat that runs in the browser on Android, iPhone and desktop — open zoecam.com in Chrome or Safari and tap start. To get back fast, add it to your home screen from the browser menu.
Freezing is usually the connection, not you. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, close other apps that use the camera, and refresh the page to start a fresh match.
Click the icon on the left of the address bar, open Site settings, and set Camera and Microphone to Allow for zoecam.com, then reload. Still black? Close Zoom, Teams or anything else using the camera, and check your system privacy settings let Chrome use the camera and microphone. The same steps fix a microphone not working in Chrome.
On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, then Safari (on newer iOS: Settings, Apps, Safari), tap Camera and choose Allow or Ask. On a Mac, open Safari, then Settings, Websites, Camera, and set zoecam.com to Allow. Reload the page afterwards.
